Hello

I just wounde if i can just delete the Page File on my server. I have
several partisjon on my disk, and i have created a Page File on the other
disks. But i have short on space on my C: drive. So can i just delte the PF
on C, and afterwords dont have a PF on it?

If you have more than 512MB physical memory, maybe you needn't this PF on
your computer.

Got 750MB of RAM, but my concern is the lack of space on my C: drive. So by
deleting the Page File, i have 1 GB free of space.

So can i then just delete the PF, and set the Virtual Memory to 0?

You can move the PageFile to another partition.
Right Click MY COMPUTER>PROPERTIES>ADVANCED>PERFORMANCE
OPTIONS. Select CHANGE on VIRTUAL MEMORY. Set C to 0 (be
sure to click the SET button), then select the drive you
want the pagefile on and set the size there (use the same
number for Min and Max (prevents resizing the swapfile).
Click SET again.

If you set the swapfile on C to 0, you have to disable
memory dumps (MY COMPUTER>PROPERTIES>ADVANCED>STARTUP AND
RECOVERY). Do this first.

Thanx :)
