Move the meny when you scroll

How can I get my dropdown meny move down and up the side when I scroll.

They are using a navigation menu from here:

It moved up and down the page as I scrolled when I viewed the page in IE 6.0.

My suggestion: don't do it.

That should be on the "Top 10 List Of Annoying Things People Do On A
Website"...
