Move the location of someone's Temporary Internet Files via script

Gurus,

Need a script which will utilize reg.exe to move the location of someone's
Temporary Internet Files to:

H:\Internet Explorer\Temporary Internet Files

Mind you, the default location for Temporary Internet Files folder is in the
user's profile folder.
