move SSL certificate from Win2000 to Win 2003?

I need to move an SSL certificate from a win 2000 server to a win 2003 server.

The original SSL certificate must keep working until I've finished getting the
new server completely tested.

The folks at goDaddy mentioned that it would be possible to "exporting your
private key. This is typically used for a clustered environment or load-balance
setup" - but they didn't have any instructions.

How can I move my SSL certificate to Win 2003 - while keeping the existing one
working?
