move signature and other settings to a new computer with Exchange

how can I save and move settings in outlook that are can not be saved on the
Exchange Server (like signature) to an other computer,

Signatures are not stored on the Exchange server. In fact, few settings
that you can affect from Outlook are stored on the Exchange server.
Depending on which settings you want, you may be able to use the Office Save
My Settings wizard, if your version of Office has it. Since you didn't
state your Outlook version, it's impossible to say.
