Move PrintServer Queues toanother Drive

I am setting up my first Microrosft printer servers and have setup my file
servers aith two logical drives, C: for the OS and E: for any server apps
such as printing. I want to ensure all printing operations such as the
queues, as on the E: drive. How do I do that?
