Can anybody help me, please? I tried to move my photos to my CD using the move command from Win explorer, then it said there was an error in moving it but it finished moving it to the temporary file(balloon). When I clicked on the balloon and looked athe folder it was so empty. I need to have those pictures back they're so precious...Help me, please...

The temporary file is empty, but the files should be in the folder on your
hard drive, if you "Move" from there.
If you "Move" from your camera card, you can recover them, even if you no
longer see them by following the steps below.
Unfortunately, the Move command is not the correct procedure. You need to
use "Copy to CD" command when you want to send photos to a CD.

To recover files from your camera card.
Make a new folder on your C drive.

Name it Recovery

Go to this site:

http://www.foto-erhardt.de/modules.php?name=Downloads

Download the free file: Digital Image Recovery in your Recovery folder.

The file will be Digital Image Recovery.zip

Once in your folder you need to "unzip" or "extract" this .zip file.

When you unzip or extract this .zip file select your Recovery folder for the
destination.

You will now have the file: 32fsu21.exe in this folder.

Double click on it to install the software.

Once installed you can change the language from German to English when the
software start.

Follow the directions on your screen after you start this software, very
easy to use and very good. You only need to connect your camera with the
card, open My Computer and look under Storage with removable drive. There
should be a drive letter (E,F,G or H)for your camera. You select this letter
when the software opens to scan a drive for recovery.

Maybe you never used a zip/unzip software. If so post again and I will find
a free one for you or just use google to find one.

Several available.
