Move outlook folders & emails from one comptr to another?

How can I move all my history from my old PC to my laptop? I have already
configured the pop set up, all I need is my current history/emails.
 
All data are stored in pst-files. Please search in your userprofile
after "outlook.pst" and "archive.pst" (standardnames, may be different)
and copy this file(s) to your laptop. To activate this file(s) copy
them in your userprofile or modify your outlook profile in the
systemsettings under "mail".

Thanks for your response, I have located these items however they are not
allowing me to 'copy' them to a USB drive. I really need this history for my
laptop, any other suggestions on how to do this?
