Move Outlook Express data to Outlook mail

I am using Outlook Express. I want to use Outlook for my
mail. How do I get all my addresses, email etc. from
Express to Outlook? I tried the office assistant. But it
did not work. Thanks GLS

have you tried File-Export in OE?
