How do I move or copy a users digital ID for Outlook to a different machine?
I have some users who use multiple machines and they can't read their
encrypted mail using Outlook on these machines. I have tried exporting out of
Outlook / internet options in IE and no luck. Any help on this would be much
appreciated. Thanks.

Try to use the mmc snapin for user certificates. The user will have to find
the certificate, select all tasks/export, and then will need to select the
option to export the private key if possible. If it is they will have to
export it to a .pfx file and will need to provide a password to protect the
..pfx file since it contains the users private key. --- Steve

Thanks for input. However, when I tried to do this, it doesn't give me the
option to export the private key. It is greyed out. Any suggestions? Thanks
again for any assistance on this.

Ouch. Sounds like you are out of luck. You would need to make sure that the
certificates that users receive are able to have their user keys exported.
They should have that option when they first receive their certificate via
Web Enrollment [if used] or in Windows 2003 an Enterprise Certificate
Authority can autoenroll users in a domain with certificates based off of a
version 2 certificate template that allows the user's private key to be
exported. A regular Windows 2000 CA version 1 user certificate requested via
the mmc certificate snapin should also allow the user to export their
private key. You may also want to check a few other users. Users need to be
careful when they install a certificate via a .pfx file as they are given
the opportunity at that time I believe to make the private key exportable or
not. --- Steve
