move old calendar months to other folder to reduce size on server

Receiving messages from server that inbox is full. Calendar has largest size
and need to remove old appointments and attachments to personal PST file.
How can we bulk move items prior to 1/06.
 
Archive them.

After furious head scratching, Too many appointments asked:
