Move NT4 to W2K and Active Directory

My network consists an NT4 PDC and a NT4 BDC running Exchange 5.5.
Workstations are all W2K.

I want to move the servers to W2K so I figured I would just upgrade the PDC
to W2K server. Am I going to have problems with my Exchange 5.5 server on
the NT4 BDC. Can and should I leave the NT4 BDC running Exchange 5.5 alone?

That configuration will work. From memory (please check) you will have
to create new mailboxes in Exch 5.5 for new users, rather than have it
happen automatically.
