Move messages to a specific Sent items

Guys,

I need a help with sent items. Im my company we working with shared
mailboxes. This working fine to us, but the problem is that the message sent
remains in the user' sent items, not in the folder Sent Items from mailbox,
even if user sent the message in name of mailbox (From Field)

Work with profiles isn't the best solution to me.

One option is changed the sent items folder inside the message, but its a
manual process that also isn't the best solution to me, but until this moment
is the only solution that I found

I try look at the rules but I didn't found anything that can be used.

Any suggestions?
