Move HTTPMail to Outlook/OE Inbox

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically move messages from the
HTTPMail Inbox (e.g. Lycos or MSN/Hotmail)to the Outlook or Outlook Express
Inbox so that the message rules will run on each message?
