Move from Record to Record

This is probably pretty basic, but is there a key i can hit to move through
records without having to use my mouse on the arrows on the bottom to browse
through the records? I can't seam to find any "alt" or "cntrl" options to
navagate that way.

Wouldn't that be the page-down key?
