Move Exchange and AD to a new Hardware in a New LAN

Hi there,

Actually I have a DC and Exchange 2000 with windows 2000
server in a HP server in my old office but i need to move
to my new office location, so. I need to change to my
Exchange Server and move Active Directory to my new Dell
Server, I do the next step, but these fails:

1. Backup System State from my old Server
2. Install OS and run dcpromo in my new server
3. turn on teh new server in a Directory Service Restore
Mode
4. restore the System State.
5. restart the server
6. When the server restarts send me a Bluescreen
with "0x0000007B.... INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICe"



Could you help me, please.

I appreciate any ideas.
