move email into folder without contact information

when i move an email from the inbox into a folder it appears with 'contact'
information and files it in the new folder in the new formation showing the
contact information. how do i turn this feature off since i just want to move
the emial to a folder in the same format in which i received it.
 
Are you moving it into an email folder or a contact folder? Sounds like
you're moving it into a non-email type folder
 
When you make new folders they can be Tasks, Calendars, email, Contacts etc.
The screen shows three sections - the middle one says Folder Contains
................ That's where you can make the right type of folder for your
needs. In your case, email folders for filing emails.

you are right. when creating the folder I made it contact folder rather than
a email fold. I deleted it @ created a new email folder. everything works
thank you
