move domain controllers to new hardware

We currently have 2 windows2000 domain controllers on a
single domain. Our global catalog server and FSMO also
runs Exchange 2000. The other server is strictly an
application server. We want to move these 2 servers to new
hardware before upgrading to Server2003/Exchange 2003. Are
there any Knowledge Base articles that deals with this
issue? Any other helps or ideas?
