How do I move word documents from my user account to another users?

First, you'll need Administrator rights on the PC. Then, move the
documents from c:\documents and settings\username1\my documents to
c:\documents and settings\username2\my documents.

where do I do that at? In windows explorer? I am an administrator, but I
don't know how to do something in another user's account. Thanks for your
help.

Copy files to floppy disk in one account, open the file in Word in a different
account from the disk?

Or if you're administrator in XP, do you have the rights to access the equivalent
of "My Documents" (for example) folders for all user accounts, in which case just
copy and paste the files between accounts/folders.

Internal Email? Using MS Exchange Server or whatever the current standard is
now Windows 2003 Server probably).

Log on in XP as Administrator, then browse to the documents and settings folder
for the user you're wanting to copy files to or from (whichever).....and
copy/paste the files in their "my documents" folder - when they log on to their
account, then they'll see the files when the open them in Word (the ones you've
copied across).

Yes, use Windows Explorer.

Has everyone forgotten the shared documents folder???

He didn't ask how to share them, he asked how to move them.

And yes, use Windows Explorer.
