move default delivery folder

please help - I know I've done this before - single system 2003 (no exchange) - keep outlook file in location other than c:\docs&settings location - I am trying to point to my desired .pst file for default delivery location but cannot seem to get past the outlook folder created for me in docs&settings - arrrgggh.
