Move Date Navigator to the bottom

I know we can't get rid of it entirely, but our CEO hates the fact that
everything jumps around by the calendar being on top. Can't we at least move
the date navigator to the bottom? It's just not consistent with everything
else, especially if you are using shortcut or folder view.

No, sorry. If he's using outlook 2007 and shows the to-do, the calendar
module won't jump around.
