move cookies folder

How can I move the cookies folder? I have 2 drives on my computer and the
cookies folder is loaded on the smaller of the 2 drives. I would like to move
it to the larger drive. However everytime I attempt to move it, I get an
error saying that index.dat can not be moved. HELP!

Incidentally, since a cookie only occupies 4K of space on an
NTFS-formatted hard disk, your entire collection of cookies occupies
little disk space (unless you have tens of thousands of them.)
