Disjoin from Domain1 back into Workgroup.
Take boxes to Domain2, and use Network ID Wizard to join
to Domain2.

If you are talking about AD Sites like I think that you mean then there
should be no problem. All you would do is to physically move the system to
the new location, plug it in and turn it on. It should receive the IP
Address lease and information from the appropriate DHCP Server and it will
'find' the appropriate DC based on the IP Address information.

located a Domain Controller:

If you have assigned the computers in that Site static IP Addresses just
change that information before you move it or log on locally and change it
once the system is there.

There should be no need to disjoin it from the domain - again, if you are
talking about AD Sites like I think you are.
