My Office 2000 will not open. I suspect a virus. How do I
import my addresses, mail, and appointments into another
copy of Office on another computer?
Thank you

Are you running an Exchange Server? If not, your information will be in a
file with a .pst extension on your hard drive - probably outlook.pst.
Depending on your OS, the file will be in your user folder. In XP it's in
Documents and Setting\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If you don't see the Local Settings folder change the view options of the
folder to Show Hidden Files and Folders.

If you're using Exchange only (not Personal Folders), just connect the new
computer to Exchange. All your information is stored there on the server.
