mov file to wmv file to WMM clipped at 5 mins

wow... really important question here. spent money to convert a mov file to a
wmv file. now when I import this file that is 26 mins, only the first 5 mins
is put in to WMM.

how can I fix this. PLEASE help!
 
I used IMTOO converter for $29, and I saw others that were less than that.
BUT they make you download a free one, only has 5 minutes max. I had to
reboot to LIFT this max, and now I am having extreme sound issues. I had to
clip the file to make it work I think the 26 mins was too large.... I don't
suggest IMTOO

Can your mov file be completely played? If so, you may try other
convert software such as winavi. For it can do mov conversion pretty
good. You may learn some more details from

What happened to PapaJohn? Several weeks ago I talked with him and he was
very helpful with MM. Now e-mail is being rejected and phone doesn;t answer.
anyone know how to reach him?
