Mousie no go!

Can anyone help me? My (cordless) Intellimouse just stopped working. I
checked the batteries. I tried reinstalling from the installation disk. I
tried uninstalling then reinstalling. It worked fine on my old Win 98 and
also fine on my XP for about 6 months, then poof! I installed an update from
"Qurb", a program I bought to help control spam. Could that have anything to
do with it? I am using a wired Logitech mouse presently but would like my
cordless back. Any help would be appreciated.
 
You might try it in a different port, see if XP "re-
discovers" it . . . it's unlikely that the mouse's
transceiver failed, but possible . . . Good Luck !

Did you try resetting the signal between the mouse and the
receiver/transmitter thing?
