mouseover brings window to the front?

What program will bring a window to the front when I move the
mouse over it? I've reformatted my hd and don't remember what
the program did that. Help please.

Tweak UI has this feature on the mouse tab (at least on win98). "Autoraise
Activation" section. You didn't say what OS, but this google might help:

For Win95 and NT, "XMouse" in the PowerToys does that.

The same feature is built-in to Win98 Tweakui (included on the
operating system CD) and WinXP Tweakui.
