Mouse wheel scrolling issues in IE6

I have an annoying problem with my mouse wheel button in IE6. When i scroll UP in a webpage,
the webpage reloads/refreshes. I've checked the logitech and MS websites and they have nothing
that talks about this problem. I've installed the latest drivers from Logitech and still the same thing.
I've uninstalled the drivers, and used the generic XP Pro drivers for the mouse and still the same
problem. Any ideas?

Have you checked the button settings in control panel \ mice?
