mouse wheel no work in ie7 when run as administrator

Hello, I run ie7 as administrator because it's unbearably slow
otherwise--however, the mouse wheel doesn't work as administrator.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Disable whatever plugin/addon is causing you to have to run it as
administrator. If you continue to run in this mode, a page designed to take
advantage of users running as admin can and will install unwanted spy/ad
programs.

Go to Tools/Internet Options/Programs tab and click on "manage addons". Then
begin disabling those that are loading with IE7, particularly those that you
do not recognize.
