This is happening on two different computers (work and home) with XP Home and XP Pro.
Home is a MS Cordless Mouse and work is a Logitech USB Mouse.

When I click in the scroll bar in Explorer it scrolls two pages. I can't find an option that would enable or disable this very annoying feature. Since it is happening with two versions of Windows and with two different brands of meece, I am confused.

Caused by a bug in the recent Q824145 patch.
Microsoft probably knows about it by now.
By the time we get used to this 'new'
feature Microsoft will fix it!!
