Mouse scrolling

Hi, I have a couple of forms that serve as help files. They contain only
labels with text. Scrolling with the mouse wheel is painfully slow; the
amount of scroll bar movement is very little in relation to the turn of the
mouse wheel. But in design mode it reverts back to it's normal scrolling
ratio. Why is this?

Hi there,

I did the same - using forms as help docs. For me the mouse scroll doesn't
work at all! but page up/page down buttons on the keyboard are very quick.

Same here. First they moved really slow, now they don't scroll at all. I'm
not sure what I did to change it. I haven't tried the Pg up & dn yet. I hope
someone can tell how to get it working. It doesn't make sense that it works
nicely in design view, but not in form view.
