Mouse scrolling changes size of text

How can I stop this?

This happens when you hold down the control key, and scroll the mouse wheel.
If it happens without holding down the Ctrl key, the key may be stuck. If
not, my guess is that rebooting will fix it.
 
I'll re-boot. Haven't held down the Shift key, because it pops up a notice,
if I do. ;-))

I have ZoomText and wondered if that's interfering in some way.

Thank you, Ken. It was a problem in the ZoomText. It stopped after I shut
down and re-started but only until ZT was apparently fully loaded. I found
the culprit, though. Sheesh.
 
*Control* key, not the shift key.
