mouse scroll

Hello,

With XP and VB6 I cannot scroll vertically in the form or module
windows,in spite of trying several mouses and the leatest drivers.
Yet, with Win98 or Me, it works!
What can be done?

If this is a Microsoft Mouse, what version of IntelliPoint do you have
installed?
