I have Windows Vista and a optical scroll mouse. Everything worked
fine until a few days ago when problem arose. With the mouse I scoll
down a vertical list that fills a page. When the
screen shows the desired file that I wish to highlight, I stop the
scroll by releasing all of the mouse buttons and then attempt to move
the cursor to the file that I wish to highlight on the screen.
Unfortunately when I stop the scroll and attempt to move the cursor,
the entire screen automatically moves back to where the very top entry
of the page is listed, and I cannot highlight the desired file.
Any suggestions as to what I should do to rectify this? Is it an
adjustment for mice in control panel that needs to be performed?
