Mouse Right Button Menu Changes

How do I change the menu that comes up on IE (when
browsing) with a right button mouse click? I have stuff
I don't want there on the menu, like "Free Hardcore
Movies", for example. Not sure where this came from...

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
