The microsoft mouse I was using began to freeze periodicly
so I changes it to an HP. This seemed to solv the problem
for a while and then it began to happen again. It seemed
ok on boot up but began freezing. Now it is constantly
frozen when I boot my machine and xp doesn't recognise the
hardware (i.e. there is nothing in the device details
window).
I have found other people with similar problems but the
only solution that has been suggested is use a USB mouse.
Does anyone have any more info/other ideas on this?
