Mouse problem

Recently I noticed that whenever I use my mouse wheel, it is like
clicking the back button. I did remove my keyboard I know it is nt a
stuck shift button.

Perhaps the back button function has been assigned to the wheel???
Check Mouse button configuration options.
 
on my mouse options (in control panel under mouse) I do not show an
ability to assaign a function to the wheel.. only to determine how
much it scrolls.
