We just installed Windows XP. I notice that whenever we
point the mouse to anything for more than a second or
two, a small, helpful little window appears explaining
what the button is. For example, if you have the mouse
on the 'x' to exit the page, a window comes up that
says 'close'. Or if you are about to click the Internet
Explorer button in the taskbar to launch Internet
Explorer, a windows comes up that says 'Launch Internet
Explorer Browser. Finds and displays information and web
sites on the internet'. I'm getting tired of these handy
definitions and would like to turn them off. Any ideas???
