I still working on my 1st site. I have a map and working
on to put some stars on # states. I will like to have
this effect: when a visitor moves the mouse toward a
specific state, a little box will appear with the name of
the state & disappear after few seconds. I believe that's
mouse over. Some advanced effect exist in FP but don't
really work like they are supposed to, depending on #
browsers. Is this going to work for every browser and how
do I create that?
