Windows Vista mouse not working in laptop

Hi can anyone help me with this

I have a toshiba laptop satelite a300 i think it called


what ever i do the built in mouse never works at all.i have even try the bios and enable it and still nothing.i have it install with the right software and switch on but nothing

even the two button don,t work

Check if the touchpad is not disabled by pressing FN + F9.

try that and nothing happend

the light is on the mouse pad just it,s not working
