Mouse not left clicking all of the time

It just started a week ago. When I try to left click on something or anything it doesnt always work. Sometimes it takes several clicks before anything happens. I have not updates or installed any programs in at least 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Have you tried a new mouse? It's very possible that the microswitch (pushed by the mouse button) is wearing out

Maybe it's your Mouse that's giving you the problem. Try
using another mouse!
