Mouse Menu - Right Click

I have a user's computer when you right click anywhere on the desktop or
start menu, etc., starts the installation of Symantec Antivirus (SAV) and
errors out and the default menu won't display.

I can change the right button to perform another function using the Logitech
software, but when I set the right button to its default setting, it tries to
install the SAV.

I guessing it tired to the register but not sure how to correct the problem.

Any ideas?
