I am having an issue with my mouse hesitating while pages
are loading in internet explorer. The mouse skips around
the screen until the page loads. Is the issue with IE6,
windows 98 or some kind of connection error? Other than
that the internet works fine. The only thing we have done
recently to the computer is rebuild the network protocols
because they were damaged somehow and we kept getting dns
errors. thanx for the help. josh
