Under normal operation, optical mouse continously freezes
for two seconds and then is again recognized by the
system. This is getting to be very anoying. Has anyone
else experienced this?
.
I have a similar problem but it doesn't freeze for two
seconds it just shuts off, the light goes off and
everything. Sometimes it comes back on but usually I have
to continuely unplug it and plug it back in . I tried to
get support from Microsoft with no luck. They have support
feature for the online support but you have to put in the
Product ID number . That's not a problem but when it says
(" Please enter a valid Product ID number and try again.
Make sure the Product ID number is of the form: 12345-XXX-
7654321-98765") after you put in your valid Product ID
number and in the right form it gets really frustrating.
So, Now I have to jump thru another hurdle just to get
some %$#^ing(I edited that) support from Microsoft. Why
can't they just have an email address where I can email my
problem? Microsoft's support is terrible . It's like
Microsoft puts so many Hurdles and Barriers to their
Support so you don't ever actually get to their support. It
started off that I was just pissed off about my Mouse but
now after trying to get Support for my Mouse , I am pissed
off about my Mouse, Microsoft's Support, The Product ID
number feature (or hurdle) and I am also pissed at
Microsoft in general now.
My Mouse is: IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 USB and PS/2
compatible.
Sorry for being so negative or mean but after spending 40
minutes trying to get support for my crappy Microsoft
Mouse , I am starting to get pissed off.
So if anybody can help me send me an email ,especially
anybody at Microsoft.
