mouse feature

I want a mouse that I can use the 4 arrows in a circle that come up on the
page when the middle mouse button is clicked .
My A4Tech Swop-25 mouse can do this but windows disables the feature quite
soon .
 
Sounds like you have a problem! The 4 arrows feature originates from
where--perhaps the mouse driver for the A4Tech mouse?
 
I can install the A4Tech mouse and use it without the A4Tech driver but if
I choose the 4 arrows in the circle scrolling Windows soon disables the
feature - so my question should have been - Which mouse should I buy to get
to keep the 4 arrows in the circle feature ?
A guy who is selling a Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 mouse has replied to a
question on his auction for the mouse , that it will let me use the 4 arrows
scrolling feature . Is he right ?

Logitech mice with SetPoint, or older MouseWare, drivers

Microsoft mice with/without Intellipoint drivers. The standard XP Microsoft
drivers seem to work well also.
