You haven't provided enough information to get focused help. You have
not even told us what the symptoms are. It is quite possible your
computer problems have nothing to do with the mouse. Here are some
troubleshooting steps, doing all steps in order and doing only one
thing at a time, testing after each:
A. Make sure your computer is 100% virus/malware-free:

B. Make sure your video drivers are current. Never get drivers from
Windows Update. Get them from:
1. The device mftr.'s website; OR
2. The motherboard mftr.'s website if hardware is onboard; OR
3. The OEM's website for your specific machine if you have an OEM
computer (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).
C. Try a different mouse.
