I'm at a loss where to even look. Updated new pc's and
Windows 2000. Now when I'm gently using my mouse to scroll
around my pasteboard in applications, the mouse flys past
my applicable document size into infinity!!! I'm trying to
drag & drop an item to just one point past a designated
spot and instead I'm scrolling, scrolling, trying to get
back to the center of the page.
Where's my controls on this?
