mouse confusion

I cannot use the feature that allows me to change the
left click button to the right click button. It used to
work but no longer does!! what happened and how do I fix
it??

When posting questions like this it is best to tell us the make and model of your mouse. This may or may not be a known problem. I suggest at this time to go to the manufacturers site and download the drivers and install them. The old ones may have become corrupt. Good luck.
