I have a map in which during a presentation I would like a
picture (jpg) to pop up when I click on a specific point
on the map and then to disappear when I click again.
What I am doing now is clicking on the action settings,
then under mouse click I am pointing to where the jpg file
is under the Hyperlink to option. I end up getting a
message saying "No program is registered to open this
file".
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks very much.

Which version of PowerPoint are you using? PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 have a
"Trigger" setting that would work perfect for this. If you have an older
version, you can simply duplicate the slide with the jpg image on that slide
and set the Action Setting to go to a particular slide. The audience will
never know better. You can also have a button that says "Clear", that when
clicked, returns to the original slide.

If you have a newer version, holler back and we'll provide trigger
instructions.
