I have a compuetr where the mouse changes focus without clicking, but
it does not happen in all situations.
If the desktop is active (i.e. a desktop item has been selected or a
blank area of the desktop has been clicked), then moving the mouse
cursor over an icon changes the focus to that icon.
Moving the mouse cursor over a window DOES NOT change the focus to that
window (this would then be a X-Mouse like behavior, for which there are
MANY posts).
To complicate things further, once a window is selected, moving the
mouse cursor over a document icon DOES change the focus to that
document.
Also, when an icon (document or desktop) has focus and is
single-clicked, it opens as though it were double-clicked.
I do not have TweakUI installed (nor do I want to install it).
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
